3 off street parking spaces, easy on street parking, the room can comfortably fit a full size bed, desk, dresser, and a reading chair or small couch depending on the size of the other pieces of furniture

10 blocks to the University of Washington, immediate access to Interstate 5 by car with Downtown Seattle about a 5 minute drive away, Downtown buses access the freeway 1 1/2 blocks away, many other bus routes in the area as well, walking distance to locally owned restaurants, pubs, stores and shops, great Thai food three blocks away, Dick's Drive-In is about 6 blocks away along with Subway, Taco Time, Pudge Bros. Pizza and many other choices all about a 1/2 mile from the house

Greenlake Park is just over a mile away, Burke Gilman bike Trail is about 5 blocks south of our house as well.  This house is close to everything in the North End of Seattle, Google map it and see all there is to offer.
